We do not sell or license software, AI tools, or generator access. Customers purchase finished digital video content, not access to any platform or technology.
2. Orders and Delivery
   All orders are processed digitally. Delivery times vary depending on demand and package type. We aim to deliver content as quickly as possible, but delivery time is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
3. Ownership and Usage Rights

Once your order is completed and delivered:

• You receive full rights to use the videos for personal and commercial purposes.
• You may post, monetize, edit, and distribute the content freely.
• You may not resell the videos as a stock library or redistribute them as standalone digital assets for resale.

4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and customized nature of the service:

• All sales are final once production begins.
• Refunds are only granted if content is not delivered or is technically unusable.
  5. Acceptable Use
  You may not request content that:
• Is illegal
• Violates copyright or trademarks
• Promotes hate, violence, or exploitation
• Violates platform policies (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
  We reserve the right to refuse any request.

6. Service Limitations
We do not guarantee:

• Virality
• Revenue generation.
• Social media growth.
• Platform monetization approval.
  We provide creative content, not marketing or financial guarantees.

7. Account Responsibility
If you create an account:

• You are responsible for your login credentials.
• All activity under your account is your responsibility.
  8. Limitation of Liability

• Platform bans
• Copyright claims arising from client-provided materials
• Lost revenue or engagement
• Business or marketing outcomes
